This is good low maintenance, practical home that sits ok for now and the future as a low maintenance set and forget small family or couples home.. Should keep up with the Jones's as an investment owing to its position and floorplan flow and some land content. Lacks backyard suze and road does carry some traffic but if under a million you are only a stone's throw from the beach at a good price.
