Comments on 62 Hunter Street MALVERN

Finished only two or three months ago, this townhouse feels fresh and on-trend in terms of the fixtures and fittings for new developments of this kind. It's convenient position will find appeal. It is one of just two in the development, and is readymade for a family with a couple of kids to move straight in. There are two bedrooms up top with some play space. Downstairs a master bedroom has a well-appointed walk-through robe to a good ensuite. A fourth bedroom has built-in robes, but it is close by the entrance, is windowless and feels more like a study or storage room than a genuine bedroom. Rear orientation is technically to the south, but there is really only space to hang washing there. Being a corner block, the yard is positioned on the eastern side of the property. It’s a pleasant enough space, with decent light, but connecting as it does to Tooronga Road, enjoyment will be hampered by traffic noise. With good access to Dandenong Road, however, and Monash Caulfield campus mere moments away, families with older children at the tertiary level may find the accommodation and location convenient.
