Comments on 62 Beaconsfield Parade ALBERT PARK

Great views and a rear yard and garage that is a rarity in Albert Park. As far as terraces goes the lack of steps other than those required between first and second floor is good -the living areas at the top is the way to go but unfortunately they didn't get the rest of the floor plan right. Could have been a lot better with say the master upstairs taking in the city views and the two smaller bedrooms moved to the front downstairs thus given bedroom separation and then make an indoor/outdoor and 2nd living space where those smaller bedrooms currently are - that solution would need a fair few dollars thrown at it. If you've got that and some time then maybe this could be for you at the right price.
