The apartment itself has a few issues the first being one of the downstairs bedrooms has no window and thus no natural light. The second is the outdoor space is small and has limited privacy. And the third is the warehouse conversion has been completed with too much of a focus on cost rather than what the area could support - undercapitlised? The property benefits from a additional upstairs powder room and car space."
