"This new town house stands out in an area dominated by older style properties. It is quite spacious although the building seems to dominate the block so there is very little outdoor area. The upstairs area has three bedrooms plus a informal living area. Not sure how it would be used although there is more light than in most other areas of the house. A double garage is a welcome addition as the streets are a bit narrow and parking would be a challenge. It generally works with good quality fittings and fixtures and is located in a convenient area but there are some odd design features and light is mostly missing downstairs."
