"This large family home built three and a half years ago has nothing to spend. Ample under cover car parking accessible from the house. Issues arise however with all living zones located up stairs, zoning away from teenagers would be difficult. Construction to the North is at a very early stage, so you would expect another 18 months of noise and parking issues, however long term this construction is not viewed negatively. The home itself has a feeling of space and size inside; although the yard to the rear is not really suitable for anything more than the occasional dinner party - but if you not a footy kicker then it could be more than adequate. It is a formula home and lacks a little intimacy but the formula is not bad the intimacy may well be created by the new buyer. Worth a look despite having seemingly been on and off the market for a long time."
