Huge numbers on offer today with another 2 big auction weeks to follow before Christmas wind-down. A lot were bought, but the sheer weight of supply took its toll with Bidderman at a lowish 1.8 overall – consequently clearance rates were down. Strong underlying demand remains, especially on the goodies BUT there are buying opportunities now being presented.

The flats opposite and the southern aspect to the rear will affect natural light/warmth into rear yard / living spaces and that could be among the concerns from a buyer's perspective. All the hard work has been done here and the floor plan flows and works well. Many people will be attracted to this property."
