"A readymade post-modern style home which is well suited to an older family (probably a Scotch College one), offering good lifestyle options. If you like the house style, there is plenty to like about this offering - numbers of bedrooms and their separation (master away from secondary rooms) is spot on and the floor plan flows well. Land size is good at just under 1000m2, and with western rear orientation afternoon sun is optimised into the backyard and informal living areas. This house has been well maintained yet some may like to cosmetically utility areas - importantly these areas are a good size and logically positioned. For a large family the rear open plan area may be a little small - particularly around the meals area. Master bedroom is a great size and perhaps the highlight. For a busy executive family this will tick many boxes - it is a big family home to enjoy yet will be relatively easy to maintain (a lot of hard paving - less expansive lawns). "
