Property: 57 MacGregor is an evocative cracker!

Its what you look for in a family home - positive vibes and feel.

There are a number of things not quite right with this home, such as on the block placement of the home (to get the best light) and room sizes aren't perfect - garaging mmmm - nope.

But who cares, love it - this is a happy home - an absolute ripper - its got something about it - a real feeling home.

This is a forever home or a family growing up " forever"  home.

Why does it feel so good - well who knows - but it works and it makes sense - you can improve the floor plan without changing the outside footprint - as it needs an extra bathroom and perhaps bring all the bedrooms to the front and make the rear a second living and/or guests.

Price:  Should comfortably go past the initial quote, even in this market, but lets see.

Position is good - consistent period street - Ardrie Park on the back fence and not to far from shops, tram and 1.4km from Caulfield Railway Station. We have bought in this street before off-market and have since upgraded the rating for the street.
