(2011) This is a solid home in an increasingly desirable location, only a short distance away from the beach. The floor plan is a flexible one with most rooms in the right place, giving a family options when it comes to living and sleeping zones. A concern to family buyers particularly with young children are the open tread stairs and the rear pool area which offers no grassed playing space zoned separate to the pool. The properties orientation to the north is a huge bonus and with the addition of the central light atrium over the stairs the property offers an abundance of natural light. The property is well positioned to shops and cafes in Martin and Bay streets and there is a good selection of government and private schools all close by.
(2011) Very unusual façade which would not be to everybody's liking however hard to fault position, orientation and block. It is worthy of a good rating for its land and positional characteristics however the home for me is a mixed bag. Master and en suite - really good and the 4brms around the two bathrooms works well. However the staircase is in a funny position, the pool dominates the backyard a bit (although I do like the al fresco) and the living room seems a bit bitsy (angles, very busy visually) - but again that could be fixed or of course you may like it as is. Overall I think this home will polarize opinions.
