"Was originally a late 70's to early 80's home that has a major makeover and a good one at that (high quality glitzy finishes). This home will be appealing to those families that just want to move in and forget. I like the way the light has been brought in along the north in this east/west facing home. The indoor/outdoor flow works well and outdoors with its mod grass and tiling and pool would be relatively low maintenance. Set back from St Andrews St which carries traffic I think is a plus from a road noise point of view (still would be some) and the garage is tight for 2 cars - if indeed they could be fitted - as its seems around 5 and bit metres by my quick pacing measurement. The one thing that will separate the lookers from the bidders though is ceiling height - it is quite low by 21 century standards and for some this would be a turnoff that a makeover has not been able to remove. The location is A1 to Church and Bay St shops, train, schools (Brighton Priamry, Firbank and Brighton Grammar)."
