Comments on 552 Station Street CARLTON NORTH

This small Victorian terrace sits slightly elevated from the street, which always improves street presence. It is not an overly large terrace, with only two bedrooms and one bathroom and, with its current floorplan, the property may best suit downsizers looking for single level living, investors looking for a rental property, or couples looking for a home with five year flexibility. Some renovation work has been done to the property, in particular the rear extension. The work is not recent, but it does provide a good framework if you wish to sharpen up the look. While not curently being utilised, there is car access available from the rear if buyers wanted to get their car in off the street. With an asking price of less than $1m and the property not going to auction it will be interesting to see how the process works.
