Comments on 55 Morgan Street CARNEGIE

The home has been beautifully renovated, blending the period style with a modern extension. The extra wide entrance hall provides for an impressive start to the property and the attention to detail is obvious throughout the home. Although the renovation is around five to six years old, the house is still in very good condition.

There is a lot to like about this property. The floor plan is flexible with most rooms in the right position. There is good zoning with separate living areas which may be ideal for families with children. The bedrooms all have built in wardrobes and the family bathroom is large enough for several people to use at once, essential in a property with five bedrooms. The family/dining room is a real bonus with its large bi-fold doors - it connects well to the large deck and garden beyond. The northerly orientation provides excellent light penetration into this area.

The rear garden may be a little small if you had a family of boys; however with a park and Caulfield Swimming Pool just around the corner, other options to entertain them are available. Without a garage or at least a carport the property does lose some appeal, you may consider adding (STCA) a car port on the western side of the property.

Public transport, schools, shopping and cafes are available close by and the street is undergoing a revival. You would expect that a property of this standard will see competition - it is just at what level.
