"Single fronted period dwelling in a quiet Hawthorn Street. Although the property is advertised as having car parking unless you drive a scooter or mini it's going to be tough to park off the street. Dwelling is quite attractive with high ceilings and period features. Floor plan is ok with two relatively equal sized bedrooms and the bathroom being centrally located.  Small outdoor courtyard with an Easterly rear orientation. This property will be suitable to first home buyers, empty nesters or investors."
