"Very good rear orientation and the house does have plenty of potential and original character. There is a right-of-way to the rear and access here is good (concrete paved, generous width) but block size is not huge and you may not want to sacrifice too much rear yard for cars. Handy proximity to Ardrie Park a big plus. A two-storey extension seems the logical way forward (STCA). "
