
Location is a bit away from it all, but the walk is straightforward to the station. The block is not huge but relative to others in the area - acceptable. South facing, no real back yard (but a good side yard with a pool) and only one car space (can re landscape to get a second car in) are for some perceived negatives. But the home itself I really like - a very good floorplan and is as net as a pin. Good bedroom separation - multiple living areas uses the smaller land well. Central kitchen works for me - no garaging is not a plus and it may be difficult (STCA) to get one. Overall its pretty well a low maintenance option and at the right price point something worth considering.
