"There are not many houses in the suburbs which offer views, but this one does. From the living area both Como Park and the river can be seen in all their glory. The living space has great flow from indoors to the balcony area and the main floor gives the feeling of a large house. When you get down to explore, however, the house is not as large as you would think. The master bedroom suite may be the main cause of this , as it occupies all of the first floor, while the second bedroom occupies all of the basement. The third bedroom is squeezed in on the main floor. If it is views and indoor privacy you want then this is the place - but it does not generate the sense of it being an intimate family home."
