52 Head Street
PASSED IN - $2,450,000
Forced to hold the auction indoors due to rain, auctioneer Adam Guest wasted no time in getting things started with a vendor bid of $2,400,000. One bidder emerged from the crowd of around 80, but there was no further action and the property was passed in on that single bid of $2,450,000. Despite the large crowd, the vibe was quiet with more curious bystander...

Comments on 52 Head Street BRIGHTON

A well renovated home close the beach and parks.  A huge family room overlooking paved pool area.  Some may feel this room is almost too big, but if you're one who loves entertaining a large crowd, it may be just what you're looking for.  Good separation between the main bedroom and others and enough bedrooms for a larger family (though some are on the smaller side).  Head Street does carry local traffic and south facing rear restricts light/warmth to the living rooms, especially in winter.  If needing public transport for work, it's walkable, however, not just around the corner.  Plenty of room for off street parking, but no undercover.  If you love walks along the beach and parks, however, this home certainly ticks those boxes.
