"One of the best, if not the best home of its type I have seen. A top street in Prahran, great northern orientation with brilliant rear car access and lowered garaging - giving a real sense of space to the rear; accentuated by good pool location. Well landscaped all around and front façade is as good as it gets for this type. Internally the home is magic and has a feeling of space in the formal and informal rooms. Good bedroom separation up and down stairs. Quality ensuite and robes. Nice touch of glass paneling between old and new and the rear living is high class. Upstairs in these homes normally lets you down but not here - really well thought out, spacious and good flow. Overall this is the best home I have seen this year and I'm sure come deal day I won't be Robinson Crusoe putting my hand up."

"Very hard to fault this property - it is a beauty. The original double-fronted Victorian home has been well renovated and extended to the rear and well suits modern living. The way the old house ends and the new house starts via the glazed physical break at the end of hall is clever. Bedroom and acoustic separation is excellent, as is the floor plan flow and overall room sizes. Land size is generous and dual street frontages are also big pluses - this is not often available in Prahran. To be slightly critical the detached garage may prove inconvenient at times (one could get wet coming into the house when it's raining). Having Victoria Gardens across the road is a major drawcard and just caps things off nicely here. This house certainly will have its share of admirers, regardless of market conditions. "
