"A very well renovated original brick period home, fitted out with all the modern conveniences and hard to fault. Hambleton Street is a very good one - wide, quiet and does not get a lot of through traffic (most would use Richardson Street). Rear courtyard is ideally orientated with northern aspect and it is private. No on site car-parking here (not totally unusual for this area) and although two bathrooms within this small single level house, there is no ensuite.  "
