Comments on 50 Hawthorn Grove HAWTHORN

A well renovated Victorian single-level brick home in an A1 Grace Park Hawthorn street. Floor plan flows well and would suit most familes. Although this property is south facing to the rear, light is brought in quite well via hallway skylight and there are plenty of windows to the open plan living area. A cosmetic renovation would improve this (i.e. update kitchen and utility areas - laundry lacks storage).  Car-parking via the rear is OK yet not ideal - most would prefer a driveway in this area and at this price-point.

Overall a good property which no doubt will have plenty of admirers. Sold very strongly last time from memory.
