Adam 's Comments on 5 Tyne Street, CAMBERWELL
"A well renovated original art-deco home, which offers a practical floor plan. There is much to like about this property - key pluses are the light-and-bright open plan living area (which connects nicely to the outdoor deck and large backyard) and bedroom separation. The house is semi-attached on the western side and some may have concerns about this, but this is not really noticeable internally and the central courtyard helps in terms of bringing in afternoon light. Position is good - walking distance to Hartwell Primary, Lynden Park, tram / train stations and not too far away from Leo's Supermarket. Would think there would be good competition for this, especially from young families."

Enter Bidder 2 shortly after at $970,000 and this auction was under-way. This conti...
