"What's hard not to like - Grace Park; period home; well thought out design; excellent garaging and flow; good bedroom separation and great indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces. The bedroom wing looks a bit dormitory like on the plan but in real life it works as mum comes through the garage with the groceries barking out the clean up orders. All the while Dad, the lazy sod, can sit in kitchen headquarters looking out onto his pool as he finishes his new masterchef creation for the guests who come in via the third street entrance and are waiting in the formal living room. Finally that evening everybody's quiet and the new owners retire to their well placed master bedroom after a quick burst of Top Gun in the Entertainment to fire up any embers of love that would surely be there when you think about what you have bought together. If you can afford it - buy it - it's good. Paul Keane is the Grace Park's most prolific agent so please know what you are doing come crunch time."
