"Land only and slightly above average sized block at 780 sqm (approx). Margarita is regarded at one of Hampton's best streets and land sales recently in this street have been very strong, especially those on the west side (great for pools). I see no reason as to why this will not test the upper echelons of Hampton's dollar per sqm rates, despite the drop off in market sentiment. Yes, in today's money, the street can sustain a $3m finished build with a new home going onto it without overcapitalising - the recent sale on South Road confirms that."
