Comments on 5 Loch Street SURREY HILLS

Overall, this provides an attractive entry-point offering for a good-sized home in a quiet Surrey Hills location. It is hard to beat living in a court for a young, growing family. The location is also close to Mont Albert Village and Union Road shops. While this house has a good feel and ideal bedroom separation, the living areas and utility areas could be improved. The rear living area is small and master bedroom has no ensuite. Of course, this could be addressed with some simple floorplan tweaks. The backyard is a great size and largely a blank canvas. It could accommodate a pool and shed if need be. We would expect competition for this.
