Good opportunity to build new here in a leafy location close to Frog Hollow reserve and Hartwell Station. This precinct is not  A-grade Camberwell but it is quiet and family friendly. Pluses - preferred side of the street here and being a little wider than your standard 50 feet (15.24m) frontage can help in the design of new homes.
