Fairly standard original timber home, which has been updated in the past and offers good accommodation. Open plan living area works well, and connects nicely to the rear yard yet there are some privacy issues (can look in to this area from other side of the street, due level changes which could be easily addressed with some screening) and pool dominates rear yard. Location is not too bad - being walking distance to Mont Albert Primary will be a nice plus for a young family.
