Comments on 5 Golding Street CANTERBURY

A very well renovated original single-fronted Victorian.  Finishes, design and colours are really hard to fault and the floor plan flows well. Really liked and the way light is bright in to the rear open plan living areas via highlight glazing - this was clever and accentuated the spacious feel. This home would well suit a professional or downsizing couple, as land size is not great for a growing family, particularly given the precinct.  Main concern from a buyer's (and capital growth) perspective would be limited off street parking access and there  is no garaging.  Location is one of the key pluses - walking distance to Maling Road and Canterbury station and there is good sense of community in this patch.
