"Where do you start with this renovation? Well a large bank balance is the first criterion. The second is imagination. And the third is patience. At least you do not have to correct past renovation errors as this house has not been touched since it was built. The numbers probably look OK. If purchased around a price of $2.0m - $2.2 million, spend $1 million to $1.5million, so it costs about $ 3 to 3.5 million and change. In the Gascoigne Estate do you think you will make a reasonable return in the medium term? We think yes on this north facing beauty! One word of warning not a project for the inexperienced."
