Well renovated and planned, this original Edwardian home is located in one of  Hawthorn's most coveted precincts - Scotch Hill. Apart from the house itself, there are many pluses here - north facing rear, excellent hill position and generous land size - such factors will always underpin value. Having the school across the road and M1 freeway beyond does this property no favours, and along with overlooking concerns over the northern boundary, will represent concerns to buyers here. Overall though a good property and worth serious though, particularly for a family who have children going to Scotch.
