Comments on 4a Linton Street ST KILDA EAST

We have given this a high rating for a townhouse - but it is a very good townhouse. It is in a good location, has three well-sized bedrooms, and the floorplan flows well. It is nicely decorated, car accommodation is good (which is necessary as the street is very tight), and the suburb has performed well over time. Among the very few negatives about this property are the fact that it does touch others and that it is reasonably new, and it has been rated accordingly for these issues. The property last sold in 2008 in the mid-$800,000s and should see some appreciation given the rise in 2009/10, the fall in 2010/11/12 and the rise again in late 2012/13. If considering a townhouse purchase in this area, you might want to do your homework on townhouse prices.
