"This house has an inviting facade and a good feel to it.
There are some floorplan issues. If you had small children you may be concerned that you can't see the back yard or swimming pool from the kitchen meals area - it seperatley craves an open-plan rear living area.
The lounge and dining rooms both have some very charming period features, yet the bathroom downstairs is a touch over the top. First floor bedrooms are a very good size - plenty to work with here.
Located in the Urquhart Estate, it is certainly well positioned to schools, shops and public transport."

"Great Hawthorn position - Urquhart Street carries some traffic and being on the corner means you are a little exposed here, but that is positive in terms of car access. North facing rear aspect is big plus here. Many people would think about a modern rear extension, yet simple internal changes could really transform this. "
