Good opportunity to renovate or build new (STCA) in one of Surrey Hills better streets. Main pluses are northern rear orientation, hill position and location itself - not far from Chatham station and Canterbury Sports Ground. The façade is not a classic one with buyers (Edwardians or Victorians are preferred) and the side car access is a little tight. That said this go well. Not that long ago the auction of a nearby property - 42 Guildford Rd - sold strongly at auction with multiple bidders (see our auction report) - similar condition/style of house and similar land size, yet that was south facing to the rear. Rating is for Land Only.
