Classic East Malvern street (wide and tree-lined) and for many this will provide an excellent entry level into the area. House is liveable yet most would see the value in the land here and it has been rated that way accordingly. Backyard was tranquil and reasonably private and importantly the block is flat and there is good scope to build more forward on the block.
