A hotschpotch of a home but with a nice feel

It’s a home full of distinctive pluses and minuses - limited or no garaging? - but a family home in need of a double. 

Really good entertainment room upstairs that I just wasn’t expecting and the rear yard is for me a little too busy - but could be changed relatively easy to become a really good yard with pool. 

The rooms are not placed with any real thought of flow - and they are just a little smaller than most would want in a big family home - that feels in part due to block width. 

Entrance was disappointing - you come inside and then you feel like you hit barriers. 

However the home does have a lot of accommodation - two up and two down bedrooms - feels to be well maintained and is in a sort after part of the world and at $3m and change - how many good options do families have?

On a budget and if you are after the basics - then this is an option that may have some interest.
