47 Coppin has had a number of unsuccessful ventures to market both off and on - each time with a price drop.

For me what could have delivered a fair bit, delivered not much.

Although the floor plan is back to front for most in one sense - that was the only choice the builder had due to the land irregularities - but then of course you miss all the benefits of the north rear - but you do get a sense of view.

Bedrooms are all separate - maybe that is good for some - like downsizers - but then they are going to struggle with the steps and no lift.

The finishes are average for the price point - but let's not to be too harsh - the living area works for entertainers.

All in all, a really good location with some difficulties due to slope that have not been addressed brilliantly in the design - however, if the price is right and you like it, then quite possibly this could work for you.
