Comments on 47 Champion Street BRIGHTON

This new home has plenty of WOW.  Good rooms sizes and ceiling heights provide a feeling of space and there are three well positioned living areas.  The option for a bedroom/bathroom combination downstairs is also a real positive.  Access to the laundry via the pantry is not ideal, especially for a larger family, but this may not be a concern when looking at the big picture.  Rear garden is small as the deck and pool take up most of it.  For those with younger children this could be an issue as there's no large grassed area to run around.  If the main aim is capital growth, you are buying a fair bit of house here, but if family lifestyle/emotion is  important, this offers a pretty good one and the position is hard to beat; walking distance to both Church St and Hampton St shops and stations and some of Bayside's best schools.
