Comments on 45 Yongala Street BALWYN

A modern large family home, with preferred northern rear aspect. For many the floor plan will be hard to fault - this is a ready-made functional option for a modern family. Nice pluses are the courtyard off the kitchen, gym area and the spacious master bedroom. Yongala is a good street (particularly at this time of year as it is leafy) - close to local parks and schools. This will appeal to a buyer wanting to buy new in the area - at the right price they can move straight in and enjoy. Property is surrounded by essentially original homes, one would suspect these would be developed, in time.
