Comments on 45 Radnor Street CAMBERWELL

This property did impress me on inspection. Yes the design is basic but living areas enjoy north light and the bedroom separation is positive. Of course the street is a good one - Radnor is leafy and close to Camberwell Junction, so many will be attracted by that. Apart from the style, some buyers will be concerned by the size of secondary bedrooms (they are a little narrow, yet you could possibly extend these) and also the house does turn its back on to the rear yard a little. All-in all, this is a property worth thinking about, at the right price point. Building new? Perhaps this could be OK (at the rifght price)  - block frontage, easterrn rear (will get morning light but limited afternoon light) and also could be some limitations given property to south boundary.
