Comments on 45 First Avenue KEW

Large modern house with a practical floor plan, taking full advantage of north facing rear. House does sit down a little at the front, land is not huge and view to large house over the back fence is not great - these could be among concerns from a buyer's perspective. Recently added pool and outdoor alfresco area compliment the package well. Cosmetically the house could do with a touch-up, here and there. Position is not too bad there - close to Burke Road, Anniversary Trail, Kew High School and local shops. Would suit an older family well.
