"Renovated to within an inch of it's life, this property is a great house which suits modern living.
Would suit very well an older, large family. bathrooms upstairs (while the have genuine WOW) are perhaps not the most practical for a young family.
Orientation and hill position are very good here and the street is premier Glen Iris. The back yard / living areas are the clear highlights and the floor plan is well zoned.
Facade lets this package (and all of the builder;s hard work) down a little - as the bulk of the original house probably needed to be kept for heritage reasons it really does not have any redeeming features (ie gables) or charm."
