"Fairly typical Sandringham period home offering. Good spot. Floorplan is OK without being great. Its handy to have the extra bedroom a the rear but is squashes the living areas a little and not sure that the master bedroom off the living areas would be ideal for teenage and parent cohabitation. Maybe - maybe not. They will be others if the price gets too hot."
