Is discrete from the street and offers secure off-street car-parking, which is good. Floor plan flows well and offers good functionality. School behind and south facing rear may be concerns here from a buyer's perspective.
Rear open plan living area is clear highlight - sense of space here is impressive and the way the study/loft area has been incorporated is clever. Neat package -would suit a professional couple or young family quite well."
