"This is a home for just about everybody. Everybody who likes class that is. Look if you had 3 teenage boys it's too small but for all else (singles, couples and small families) who are looking for one level living (a few stairs at the front) this is a well located, good flowing, well built modern period home. Bedroom separation is always an issue in these types of homes but the living spaces wqork as does indoor/outdoor. Love the feel - close to shops and an outdoor studio - if you give up the garage. Unlike a few homes in the area recently, sensibly quoted and should fire on auction day."
