Comments on 40 Kinkora Road HAWTHORN

Plenty of positives to this property - very good land content, good street location and quite a private backyard. House itself has good building bones and is set back generously from east and west boundaries - this will afford many renovation options down the track. Concerns from buyers perspective -southern rear aspect and given slope of the land steps will be needed  -inside or outside.  Pretty much a blank canvas though and this represents essentially entry level into Grace Park. Rated as land only here.
