"Its hard to tell this development is over eight years old as the exterior of the property looks in good order and the design is solid without being spectacular. Internally the property is also in very good condition and offers good floor plan flexibility as the bedrooms have good separation to the living areas. That said purchasers will need to be comfortable with the properties various levels as it is a long way to carry shopping from the garage to the kitchen. (on the third level) Without any court yard or garden area this property may best suit a a professional couple or single person looking for space. Well placed windows give the property views over the bay to the west, Robinson Gardens, Point Ormond and Frankston to the south. These well placed windows also flood the property with natural light. Traffic noise is still an issue with this property, although its location off Marine parade does provide some buffer to the traffic noise and gives you more privacy. Located strategically between Ormond Road Elwood and Acland Street St Kilda you are spoilt for shops and cafes and with the beach just across the road this property will appeal."
