As is typical of the Group's developments it is generous in size, well finished with plenty of extras eg ample underground parking with lift to apartment level,high quality finishes ( polished timber floors, ample bench space and storage in the kitchen and first class appliances). The apartment also has the benefit of several terraces off all the major areas which add considerable light and elbow room. The group has a strong following in Toorak - where practically all of their developments have been built - but the constraint from a purchaser's view is the absence of land content which drives capital appreciation."
