"A neat, single-level  period home which has lovely street appeal and is located in a pretty, tree-lined street. Wide frontage and dual car access are key pluses and the land size overall is good. The house for many while liveable will lack a bedroom and an ensuite - general size also is borderline, yet the rear bungalow does help with this and provide another separate living / sleeping area. The feel inside the home is good and many will like the rear open plan living areas connect to the backyard.   Position is very good - fringe Gascoigne Estate; close to Malvern Primary, Central Park and Wattletree Rd tram.  "
