"In one of Malvern's best positions we find a home that would meet the needs of many downsizers but perhaps be caught short for a growing family. From the street this home has privacy and multiple parking options however the entrance and floorplan wouldn't be to most families needs as everything is sort of back the front; with living at front and sleeping at rear thereby giving a poor indoor outdoor flow. In addition the south facing rear makes a second story quite problematic in terms of getting much needed winter sun in. Having said that if you want establishment Malvern on a budget and the current floor plan suits then 4 Moorakyne may well have something to offer."
