The home block is developed within an inch of its life - but it is done very well. Very well presented home - we can all learn from this.

This is a house where it feels like the family really has their act together - I don't know them - but it feels good.

It's big, it's very well built, it has multiple living spaces, good separate bedroom sections and is all on one level which is very rare for such asize. The location is great for schools along both the Cotham feeder and Glenferrie spine.

Being picky - the block is irregular in shape as it looks like in the past some rear yard has been hived off for a neighbouring tennis court - but it's reasonably well disguised. The carport at the front is acceptable, but not ideal for all. The flow would flummox a few but that's being harsh - front to back works for me - it's a bloody big home so it will take some timeto get from front to back and the indoor/outdoor feels different as it doesn't have the wide opening concertina doors but still works with visual access and foot traffic overall unimpeded.

Rarely do I comment on the wallpaper - but I love that wallpaper map.

Wow what a master dressing room, only Imelda Marcos would have said not big enough!

There are some good homes around right now and this is one of them and the price quote if accurate is also attractive.
